My Background
For the past 34 years, I have devoted my professional career working for non-profit organizations like the Boys and Girls Club serving the needs of children and families in New York, Dallas, Atlanta and Charleston.
My Approach
Through a holistic approach, I meet with each party individually and strive to understand their point of view, desired outcomes and opportunities for flexibility. I then meet with both parties to peacefully explore areas to compromise so mutually beneficial resolutions can be reached.
